Transfer from other format like SVG to Lottie for mobile app development

I have a query regarding the file conversions.
I have a set of animations created in SVG format using Adobe Illustrator. Now I need to transfer the SVG content to Lottie Files as I want to use the Lottie assets in the app development process.
Will the SVG converter provided with Lottie help in the current situation?
Or Do I have to redesign everything from Scratch For Lottie?

You can use the LottieFiles SVG to Lottie converter, instead of importing it to AE and export it to Lottie.
