I bought a couple lottie files on this site, but nothing showed up for download. I have tried reaching out to their customer service, but they don’t pick up the phone, to which I leave voice mails, and I got an email response that looks like a bot response. It’s been 5 days now since I made my purchase, and no communication from Lottiefiles. Any suggestions?
